2. Are refurbished phones different from used phones?

Yes! A used phone is sold in 'as-is' condition, while a refurbished phone is tested, restored, and certified for quality. Our devices also come with a warranty for your peace of mind.

3. Do refurbished phones work like new ones?

Absolutely! All our phones are thoroughly tested and guaranteed to function like a brand-new device. Any faulty components are replaced, and battery health is checked to ensure optimal performance.

4. Are all refurbished phones unlocked?

Yes! Our phones are 100% unlocked and compatible with all networks in the UAE and internationally.

5. Can I use any SIM card with my refurbished phone?

Yes, you can use any SIM card with our phones. They are not locked to any specific carrier.

Quality & Grading

6. How do you test the quality of refurbished phones?

Every phone undergoes a 32-point quality check, including battery health assessment, camera & speaker testing, network connectivity checks, display and touchscreen inspection, physical condition review, and so on.

7. What are the different grades of refurbished phones?

We offer four quality grades:
• Just Unbox: Almost no signs of use, looks brand new
• Like New: Minor cosmetic wear, fully functional
• Excellent: Some visible scratches but 100% functional
• Good: Clearly pre-loved but may have a few wears.

8. Do refurbished phones come with original accessories?

Most refurbished phones come with a compatible charging cable and adapter. However, original accessories such as earphones may not be included.

9. What is the battery life of refurbished phones?

We ensure all phones have at least 80% battery health, so you get long-lasting performance.

10. Are the phones water-resistant?

Some models retain their water resistance, but we cannot guarantee full waterproofing after refurbishment. We recommend handling them with care around water.

Refurbished phones are significantly more affordable than new ones because they are pre-owned and restored. This means you get a high-quality device at up to 50% off retail prices.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept almost all types of payments which include, Visa & Mastercard, Apple Pay & Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

13. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within Dubai and the UAE.

14. Is it safe to buy a refurbished phone online?

Yes! Our website is secure and encrypted, and we offer a warranty & return policy to ensure a risk-free shopping experience.

15. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Shipping & Delivery

16. How long does delivery take?

We offer fast, free delivery across the UAE, typically 24–48 hours the location is within Dubai and other Emirates may expect 3-5 business days of delivery.

17. Do you offer international shipping?

18. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

19. What happens if my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team, and we’ll assist you immediately.

Returns & Warranty

20. Can I return a refurbished phone?

Yes! You can return a phone within 10 days of delivery if you’re unsatisfied. The phone must be in its original condition with all accessories.

21. What if my refurbished phone has an issue?

All phones come with a 06-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you experience issues, contact us for a free repair or replacement.

22. How do I claim my warranty?

Simply email us at customercare@dofystore.ae. with your order details and issue, and we’ll guide you through the warranty claim process.

23. What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty cover includes hardware malfunctions, battery issues, charging problems, and speaker & microphone faults. And our warranty does not cover any physical damage, water damage, and unauthorized repairs.

24. Can I exchange my phone for another model?

Yes! If you’re not happy with your phone, you can exchange it for a different model within 10 days. Price differences may apply.
