Shipping
We only offer shipping services within the UAE. The checkout process will detail the timings and associated costs of shipping. Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed.
5. Returns and Warranty
Returns
Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition. To return a product, please contact us at returns@dofystore.com.
Warranty
The returned phones have a warranty of 06 months. It is only applicable for defects that come while buying and does not cover damages due to misuse accidents or unauthorized repairs.
6. Limitation of Liability
As far as possible by law, Dofystore will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our site or from using our products.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
